Lastly, please be aware that vehicles and waste containers delivered unladen impact differently on the surrounding areas than when they are collected full, therefore, full consideration should be given to the siting of the container in relation to obstacles such as garden walls, fences soft ground and most importantly local authority property. As part of our conditions of hire the hirer accepts responsibility for directing any vehicle from the highway onto private property. Our drivers may ask you to sign a disclaimer if there is any doubt/concern over the siting conditions. With regard to liability we have a duty to be as clear as possible to our clients this clarity we feel protects the interests of both customer and supplier.
